Todd Rutherford has roots that run deep in our community.
Todd is the 4th generation of his family to call district 74 home. His great grandparents first moved to he district, his grandfather was principal of Booker T. Washington High School and Carver Elementary School as well as interim president of Benedict College. Both his parents are professional and Todd has represented us proudly in the State House.

Todd Rutherford shares our values.
Todd's parents were old fashioned, living by the timeless values of faith, family and personal integrity. Todd has applied these same principles and values to his own life and has drawn upon these as our state representatives as he has worked to improve our community.
